The Food Innovation Precinct Western Australia (FIPWA) opened officially late last month and has since bought about many excited conversations about the bright future of the State’s agrifood and beverage industry.

As the precinct heads towards being fully functional businesses are invited to engage in discussions with General Manager Dr Chris Vas about pathways to create new business collaborations, monetise services, ideate on opportunities and expand networks domestically, and internationally.

Events will be held regularly fostering food and beverage industry innovation to drive business growth, develop new products and exports, all as a mission to transform and propel WA’s food and beverage manufacturing industries.

Businesses will be able to access a membership package at the Innovation Centre which will provide access to programs, co-working spaces, meeting rooms and more. The onsite café will be operational soon.

Further, businesses will be able to work with FIPWA partners to access the Research and Development Centre and the Production Centre in the months to come.

All events and opportunities will be advertised on the FIPWA website and via event partners.’
